Dina Donohue-Chase

Dina Donohue-Chase is Senior Vice President of Vocational Services for Northpointe Resources, in Zion, Il. She has been an advocate in the human services field, for more than 20 years, beginning her career as a direct support professional. Throughout the years she has held several positions in direct service and management. In her current position she is responsible for program development, fiscal administration and outcome management for Adult Services, Mental Health Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Community Employment and Training, Quality Assurance, Professional Training Services, Caregiver Connection, HealthMatters and HealthMatters 4 Kids Diabetes Prevention Project. At present, Dina is charged with the development of strategic initiatives which promote best practice standards in community engagement, life planning and health promotion. She has been instrumental in establishing the HealthMatters program as an organizational initiative within NorthPointe and is a partner in the Health Matters Community-Academic Partnership with the University of Illinois Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Aging with Developmental Disabilities and ARCA New Mexico. She holds a BA from Northeastern Illinois University.
