Interested in Supporting HWDD?

We invite you to partner with us in hosting The 6th Annual Canadian Health and Wellbeing in Developmental Disabilities (HWDD) Conference online from Feb 3-4, 2027.

The Canadian Health and Wellbeing in Developmental Disabilities Conference is an interprofessional conference where health care providers and community partners connect to share educational and informative updates and practical, innovative, promising and effective practices that improve the health and wellbeing of people with developmental disabilities across the lifespan. Through a highly interactive and multidisciplinary conference format, you will gain new ideas for your professional practice and explore new approaches for building inclusive spaces for belonging.

Supporter Benefits:

  • Access to over 300 healthcare professionals, physicians, educators, students, researchers, developmental service providers, caregivers, social workers, and community partners from across Canada
  • Build partnerships with a national, multidisciplinary network of healthcare professionals, researchers and community members conducting groundbreaking and innovative work in health equity
  • Support the health and wellbeing of people with developmental disabilities in the Canadian Health System
  • Together with the community, improve the health and wellbeing of people with developmental disabilities

We offer a variety of flexible levels of involvement – if you are interested in helping us to continue to grow HWDD so we can continue to run this annually, please reach out. We’d be delighted to set up a meeting and discuss your support.
